RS6 Self-propelled Thermoplastic Convex Road Marking Machine forms convex marking line through the micro-computer system, sensor system, air compressing system, driving system, etc. The regular trapezoid convex markings shape, convex height and convex space can meet different needs depend on the requirements of clients, and fully conform to the international vibrating and reflective standards, and with stronger deformation, abrasion and shock resistance .etc. 1)Rear wheel locating pin: is the directing device located at rear wheel, can be easily and precisely adjusted to the direction to ensure the road marking machine freely operated in straight or twist. 2)Safety warning light: is used for night working. 3)Driving system: The driving system of this machine uses imported hydraulic pressure stepless speed regulation installment overseas which has automatic brake device flexible operated in forward, back off and stop. When marking a line, ideal walking speed can be acquired only by moving the velocity modulation handle and going forward or backward can be adjusted at any time. It guarantees the construction quality and the speed, the flexible operation reduces the labor intensity, enhances the construction efficiency. 4)Electronic controller: The control system of this machine uses the computer intelligence sequencing to control, and air operated part to execute the work. The establishment has two kinds of functions: automatic control and hand control .when automatic control function is working, it can design the specification of the line marking according to the request of the engineering design blueprint, draws a line according to the designed procedure, automatically executes the length and the space of the convex marking, the movement is accurate and ease of operation. The manual function is used in the condition of debugging the equipment, cleaning coating bucket, or in the peculiar circumstance. 5)Adiabatic Paint tank: The paint tank made of stainless steel or cold rolling oxidation resistant steel equips with erect type hand stirring device. The heating temperature can be freely controlled (0-300°) according to the different kinds of paint chosen by user. 6) Glass beads bin: Pin with window can check the quantity of glass micro-beads timely. 7) Glass beads dispenser: The automatic definite quantity dispenser synchronous with the paint screeding system, ensures the dispenser evener and more economical. The structure of the glass bead dispenser’ disposition is advanced, compact, ease of operation, and flexible, when the spreading width is 100, 150, or 200mm, it does not need to replace any part, the width may be regulated easily. The quantity conforms to the GB5768 standard. 8) Chassis: The firm welding frame, whose surface has been electrostatic spraying and high temperature treatment equip with high quality bearing to ensure the whole machine more lightsome and convenient. 9) Engine: HONDA GS5.5 HP four-stroke air-cooled gasoline Engine with liquefied gas starter. 10) Marking thickness: The thickness of bottom line and the convex height can be freely adjusted through adjusting the control device of the floor knife and the convex height. 11) Marking bucket: The structure plate is made of imported special steel with fire resistance (2000), oxidation resistance and deformation resistance, which has better stability after being punched. The plinth is made of special alloy steel and applies the pneumatic screeding structure. The floor knife adopts imported hard tungsten knife-head. The nice manufacture techniques of bucket ensure better sensibility, abrasion resistance and firmness, and the convex shape more regular, the edge of bottom line more straight, the head more perfect. It has the ease of operation, moving steadily, good effect, even marking, neat marking line, and clear corners.
