Detailed Description

The high pressure gas produced by engine driven air compressor gets into reserve pump via oil-and-water separator and air pressure regulator. When step on the brake pedal, the high pressure gas will get into air brake pump, and then into the air afterburner pump. It produces great pressure through afterburner cylinder, and then promotes afterburner cylinder. The other side brake fluid gets into each disc brake wheel damp via oil pipe, promotes valve to clamp brake disc, thus brake the wheel. When lifting the brake pedal, the air brake valve cuts off high pressure gas channel, and make the gas in the valve connected with the atmosphere. Under the spring force, the afterburner pump returns to its place to make the brake oil-and-water pressure in the brake pipe reduce so that it can remove the wheel braking.
