1.The screw machine sets for condenser and evaporator combined is very compact. Because of using square type tube sheet, the combined-box appearance is beautiful, convenient to mount, occupied area of the land reduced, and by shortening piping-path, the heat transfer efficiency is very high.
2.The tube sheet used special pressure vessel for steel and the heat exchange tube in evaporator uesed high efficient TurboJⅡ type brass. The inside tubes are threads while the outside tubes wave-form. By adopting the best design, the heat exchange efficiencies are more 1.5~3 times than the smooth-faced tubes. The heat exchange tubes in condenser used high efficient TurboJⅢ type brass. The outside tubes are threads while the inside tubes ridge, so that the heat exchange factor in condenser would rose greatly.
