Product name: Sea water condenser 1. This condenser is specially designed and manufactured for sea water. The condenser has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, high corrosion resistance property for large numbers of chlorion in the sea water. 2. The tube sheet of product used the special pressure vessel steel and used special techniques on the steel tube sheet that attached to the Sea-Army Brass,which have strong resultant force in connecting.The heat exchanger tubes use the Cupronickel or Sea-Army Brass with corrosion resistance. The channel adopts cast and cathodic protection. The entire equipment has very strong corrosion resisance property. 3. In the production process, we took effective measures to guarantee the inner parts has high cleanliness. After shell welded, acid phosphate treatment would be carried out which can form a protective film in order to make it maintain long-term anti-corrosion property. 4. This product applicable scope is wide, which were applied to refrigeration system in the coastal cities or ships at sea. 5.The products are designed and manufactured in accordance with JBT4750-2003 "Pressure Vessels for Refrigeration equipment" and GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels". The products are safe and dependable.
