CALCIUM
This is the most abundant mineral in the body. Nearly all of this calcium is found in the bones. This mineral is traditionally acknowledged as an important component of the skeleton. It ensures its solidity and rigidity. Calcium is not permanently attached to the skeleton. It is a reserve that the organism dips into every day. That is why an inadequate calcium intake leads to fragile bones. Calcium is known to regulate cardiac rhythm and coagulation of the blood. It also plays a role in nerve conduction (by stimulating the secretion of certain neuro-mediators) and is a key element in triggering muscle contraction. It regulates the malfunctions that lead to repetitive cramps. The rest of the body’s calcium is found in the teeth, the blood, the muscles and every cell in the body. Here, it plays an essential role, enabling osmosis that is the two-way permeability of the cellular membranes: so that the cells assimilate nourishing elements from the external environment and excrete metabolic waste.
VITAMIN B 2
Vitamin B2 is essential for the production of energy. It is traditionally recognised for its role in breaking down carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It has a general action on the tissues and organs. In particular it keeps the mucous membranes in good condition. It stimulates growth and plays a role in regulating eyesight. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
One tablet per day, preferably in the morning, to be dissolved in a glass of water. One month programme to be repeated as often as you wish.
PRECAUTIONS
Follow the instructions for use. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Not suitable for children.

Acidifier: Citric acid (1890 mg), Calcium Carbonate (1275 mg), Anti-caking agent: Sodium bicarbonate (588.825 mg), Apple acids (500 mg), Starch (120 mg), Sweetener: Sodium Cyclamat (60 mg), Lemon flavouring (40 mg), Orange flavouring (20 mg), Sweetener: Sodium saccharin (6 mg), Vitamin B2 (0.175 g).
