DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Infuse Controller Tea for 10 minutes in boiling water. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day preferably unsweetened. You can also prepare a litre of active herbal tea in advance, using 2 to 3 sachets. Can be drunk hot or cold during the day.
