DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For maintenance and basic fitness, in the morning dilute 1 ampoule in a large glass of water or fruit juice for 3 weeks. For sustained effort, dilute 2 ampoules in a large glass of water or fruit juice half an hour before the effort.
