1. Product sourcing and supply chain management
A. New supplier information collecting and estimate;
assist overseas companies source and manufacture products here in China at significantly lower costs while maintaining stringent quality standards. Work as a sourcing agent for new products as well as existing vendors for products already carried
B. Sample collecting, comparing and expressing out for customers selection
Sourcing lamps already in your market and their relative suppliers; Sourcing qualified suppliers to help you develop new lamps (building molds, sampling, performance testing, etc),. (sample , express and other relative fee should on buyer account, while Homy should try its best to keep the cost economical, Homy will always ask for customers approval before any possible fee may happen)

As per customers purchasing plan, place the orders to qualified suppliers, arrange regular report for customers to master the proceeding, coordinate different orders placed for specific product that could be sourced from several suppliers so that all the goods can be produced and delivered within time frame.
D. training up your suppliers to improve their own internal control systems
