Products Description TB series cycloid pin wheel decelerator is a new product designed and developed by our company to meet the market demand. The product is widely used in a widely variety fields including hoisting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, petroleum chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, construction machinery, food industry, electronics and televisions. Compared with previous models, TB series cycloid pin wheel decelerator features in the following advantages: 1) Introduced computer program to optimize new tooth form, selected appropriate trimming method and optimal meshing engagement side play to increase effective engagement tooth number, so as to achieve a compact product with smaller size, higher loading capacity, stable running, low noise, high efficiency, reliable application and longer service life. 2) Increase matching between machine and motor horsepower so as to make model selection feasible. 3) Wide transmission ratio range, reasonable configuration, added mini-transmission ratio 6 and 8 and other intermediate transmission ratio, to obtain as much as 18 types of single stage decelerating transmission ratio 6-87,and 32 types of double-stage decelerating transmission ratio 99-7569.Mutiplestage combination is available as required. Structure Direct coupling type decelerator can be connected with Y series special purpose motor, or connected through a adapting flange with various standard motor, such as Y series, YA series, YB series, YEJ series, YCT series, YD series, ZD series, and etc..
