Our products are thermal cutoff that can sense the unusual generation
of heat and cut the power from electronic machines. It can be used for
various electronic equipments such as refrigerator, washer, electronic
smoothing iron, and hair dryer and so on.
Xiamen Set Electronics Co., Ltd is located in developing area of High-tech torch in Xiamen, China, engaged in research and development of “safety electronics technique”. We are well equipped with strong technical strength, exquisite productive techniques and professional test instruments. We have built WTDP (Witnessed Test Data Program) Lab which has successfully passed the UL examination. We have set up perfect quality system on the base of ISO9001:2000. As a professional manufacturer, our thermal cutoffs have obtained UL, CUL, TUV, VDE, PSE and CCC certificates. At present, we can produce pb-free thermal cutoffs which comply with the requirements of ROHS and SONY( SS-00259).We have a production ability of 0.5 billion units per year. Many well-known international companies source from us.
After in-depth study and innovation by ourselves we have many domestic and international patents. We increase the transparency of outer case uniquely, to visibly detect the problems in the production process and in the use of products. It is an excellent combination of technique and appearance.
We have achieved a technological breakthrough in the alloying of thermal fuse elements resulting in higher reliability during the production and application areas. We can manufacture different kinds of new models according to customer’s specification & requirements.
Depending on self-researching, our company can produce Metal Oxide Varistor with built-in alloying thermal cutoff, short as TMOV, which can effectively avoid the firing or other troubles of MOV caused by failure of degradation and transient over voltage, which make a new progress in the protection area of over heat of MOV. Our TMOV has been applied for domestic ,international PCT,and Taiwan patents,Especially, we can provide TMOV with remote control alarm circuit separately according to customers’need,which supplies a reliable safe guarantee for the wide use of MOV.
