Xiamen Sun Source Technology Co., Ltd., founded in November 2000, is a high-tech corporation which is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China. We are an export-oriented enterprise specializing in the design, research and sale of diodes and bridge rectifiers.
Our products are widely used in the energy-saving lamps, LED lamps, laptops, SMPS, Mobiles, MP3, PDA, DC, GPS, and vehicle dashboards. Over 80% of our products are exported to overseas markets, including Europe, North America, Korea and Southeast Asia.
Our main products are: surface mount standard rectifiers, fast recovery rectifiers, surface mount fast recovery rectifiers, ultra fast rectifiers, surface mount ultra fast rectifiers, super fast rectifiers, surface mount super fast rectifiers, high voltage rectifiers, schottky barrier rectifiers, surface mount schottky barrier rectifiers, transient voltage suppressors (including ESD), surface mount transient voltage suppressors, zener diodes, surface mount zener diodes, thyristor surge protective devices, and bridge rectifiers (including schottky bridge rectifiers).
