KAWO mould, affiliated to KAWOGroup, is a Sino-foreign joint venture that is one of the leaders of injection mold research in China. We specialize in automotive, home appliance, electronics and high precision tools,big size molds .
KAWO mould was established in 1993. It employs more than 600 people including more than 110 engineers specializing in the design of plastic parts and tools utilizing CAD/CAM/CAE. We mainly have GM office, marketing Dep., Project Dep., C3P center, Manufacturing Dep., Quality Assurance Dep. Etc.
Equipped with the most advanced software for tooling design, analysis and manufacturing. Over 100 sets professional equipments from Germany and Japan including high speed CNC, EDM, Wire Cutting machines etc.
In 2005 , our annual production capacity of 800 standard mold sets with the capability to build molds over 10 Tons.
We specialize in hot runner technology, gas-assisted injection molding, mold flow defect analysis, mold design allowance for excessive warp or distortion, mold cooling optimization, weld-line elimination and 2-shot molding.
