Detailed Description

This machine use to print 1 -4 colors on the big jumbo roll, then for the following kitchen towel or toilet roll rewinder,which use to increase the product grade. Main features of the machine:  2 unwind stands,max.parent roll width 1350mm,1750mm,2000mm,2400mm,2700mm,max. dia.1100mm,core inner.dia.3”,web tension and parent roll transversal is manually control.with pneumatic loading and pneumatic driving for parent roll.  Finished product : Jumbo roll with printing pattern on it, max.winding dia.1100mm,core inner dia.3”,width is same as jumbo roll  With paper Detector, Speed adjusting by inverter.  1 color Flexo printing unit, with water base ink.  Machine capacity: 0-120m/min( 0-120m/min.with lamination )
