This production line use to rewind the paper web from the jumbo roll into small logs, then cutting The paper logs into finished roll and packing into bundles.This production line mainly including Rewinder, Log saw cutter,and bundle rolls packing machine. Main features as following: ZQ-III-E fully automatic rewinder:  2 unwind stands,max.parent roll width can be 1350mm,1750mm,2000mm,2400m,2700mm(please choose one size),max. dia.1100mm,core inner.dia.3”,web tension and parent roll transversal is manually adjustable.  with pneumatic loading unit and pneumatic driving for parent roll.  Finished product: dia.90-135mm,core outer dia.25-50mm  Perforating unit: 4 spiral anvil blade on top Perforation roller and single dented blade on bottom roller, perforation size is 110mm (other size please specify)  Paper cores feeding, finished product discharging, tail-gluing and sealing are automatic effected.  Program control: by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)  Data setting: on operating panel  With paper Detector, core-finishing alarming ,Speed adjusting by inverter.  With Unit to produce coreless toilet roll.  Machine capacity: 0-180m/min( 0-120m/min.with lamination ).  Options: No embosser,steel to rubber embosser(1 or 2 sets), steel to steel embosser, steel to rubber embosser with lamination DH-I Log saw cutter  Applicable paper roll length:according to rewinder size  Paper roll dia.: 90-135mm  Cut off length:80-260mm  Pusher control: Drived by Servo system  Blade Grinding: Pneumatic grinding, grinding time and frequency can be reset on the operation panel. the grinder can be automatic forward to sharpen the blade as the dia.of blade become smaller and smaller.  Diameter of blade: 610mm  Data setting: Touch screen  Machine speed:0-120 cuts/min, 2 rolls/cut JZ-I jumbo paper roll packing machine  For Toilet roll: Applicable paper roll dia. 90-135mm Applicable paper roll length: 95-115mm  For Kitchen towel: Applicable kitchen towel dia. 100-135mm Applicable kitchen towel length: 200-280mm  Packing material: ready-made PE bag  Machine speed: 10-20 packs/min ( subject to the roll quantity of per pack)
