The paper roll slitting rewinder use to slit and rewind the jumbo paper roll of 1 ply into smaller rolls of 2 plies or 3 plies,Then for the subsequent process such as facial tissue, napkin or handkerchief machine.
2 unwind stands, max.parent roll width 1750,2000mm,2400mm,2700mm(please choose one size),max. dia.1100mm,core inner.dia.3”, parent roll transversal is manually control. with pneumatic loading and pneumatic driving for parent roll.
Max.winding dia.1000 mm,core inner dia.3”,Min.cut off size 120mm.
With Automatic Web tension control
Speed control by inverter, Data setting on Touch screen, whole machine control by PLC, Main machine transmission by timming belt.
With paper break detector and emergency stop button.
