Detailed Description
After many years of study, we design YUNENG DYJC on-line purification plant which is mainly used in the field of the turbine and the lubricant set. We can satisfy our customers because of kinds of purification way. There is particular patent technique of double-system in vacuum. Their characteristics are: 1. dehydration in vacuum which can reduce water content to <50ppm in oil. 2. Particular fluid control system (vacuum pump will not spew oil in the long time function). 3. Credible double system design (one spare, one apply). 4. auto-control or manual-control in the field and remote-control junction port has been left to upgrade the system. 5. de-acid and de-color by the use of the collection-dehydration port. The system runs credibility and has high stability. You can auto-control or manual-control the equipment on the field or remote. Features of Product 1. The on-line set for lubrication designed by our company have obtained patent of country (patent no. ZL200420061085. 6). The system include two grade vacuum pump and two oil pump, one is in use and the other is spare, so that inspect easily. 2. The oil treatment effect of on-line purifying set could less than 50ppm. 3. The plant leaves DCS long-range control so that customers choose various ways to control such as manual, automatic and long-range control. 4. The plant also has features of ZJC-T series oil-purifier for turbine oil and JT collecting-dehydration oil purifying equipment.
