WAW-A Series Computer Control Electrohydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine Ⅰ. Main functions & features: 1. This machine adopts computer controlled digital broadbrand electrohydraulic servo valve to drive precision hydraulic cylinder to perform three closed loops control to test force,displacement,deformation and thus finishes tests of tension,compression and bending.it accords with standard requirements of GB/T228-2002 Method for Tensile Test of Metallic Materials at Room Temperature and GB/T16826-1997 Electroydraulic Universal Testing Machine.Also complies with requirements about materials in ISO,ASTM,JIS etc.it can automatically get upper yield force,lower yield force,non-proportional extension strength,total extension strength,tension strength,elasticity modulus,extension under maximum force and other mechanical performance index of various materials. 2. Utilizing upsetting hydraulic cylinder, with open jaw base,easy to install specimen and with good stability. 3. Independent hydraulic servo loading system,adopting high precision broadbrand electrohydraulic servo valve to make sure that system is high precision,high efficiency,low noise,fast response.and its independent hydraulic clamping system makes system low noise,smooth operation.during test,specimen is clamped tightly and nonslip. 4. Utilizing computer to perform test procedure control,data acquisition,processing,analysis(test data including: elasticity modulusE,tension strength Rm,Upper and lower yield points ReH,ReL etc.),and its results are accuracy,reliable.
