Oral administration keeps it stable in gastric juice.It takes effect quickly and lasts a long effective plasma drug concentration.Wide distribution in the body with high tissue and cell concentration,broad spectrum action and strong sterilization force. body antibacterial property is 4-10times stronger than that of the erythromycin

Indication

It also takes effect on part of gram negative bacteria, such as flu bacillus,pasteurellosis bacillus,brucella etc.It’s mainly used for diseases as follows:swine’s asthma,streptococcus,chicken’s chronical respiratory tract disease,chicken’s infective rhinitis,influenza as well as the syndrome secondary to said disease.

The efficacy has been strengthened after the compatibility with neomycin, gentamicin,florfenicol etc.
It has some cross-resistance with tylosin,kitasamycin,spiramycin
