Detail Company Introduction
We are manufacturer of castings(Austempered Ductile Iron casting, S.G. casting, ductile iron, gray iron casting) ,forgings and blanked products in North China,all together there are 899 workers in the company, among which 58 are professionals.
Our products are:
(1) ADI casting: accessories for railway, locomotive, machine, vehicle and heavy automotive industry, compressor, blower industry, miscellaneous industry, such as chain wheel, sprocket wheel, control arm, these products are with unit weight from 5KG/PC to 100KG/PC
(2) grey iron casting, S.G. casting and ductile iron : pump, flange, hydraulic valve, gate valve, globe valve , bottom outlet valve, check valve, foot valve, safety valve, pipe and fitting, manhole cover, frame stove, fireplace, ornamentals and so on, weight from 0.2KG/PC to 4000KG/PC.
(3) Ni-Hard products such as sheel for rolling mill.
in 2007 we built forging workshop and blanked workshop, below are some products we manufactured in the past time:
(1)Forging products such as bushing, connecting rod, axis, gear rough, gear, drop forgings, ring or wheel, flange and so on.
(2)Riveting and welding products and fine blanked products.
Most of the above products are manufactured by customer`s drawings,meanwhile, we can design and manufacture related products according to customer`s drawings or samples.
Consisting of Casting Factory, Heart treatment Factory and Machining Factory, products can be well manufactured and machined in our foundry, with unite weight from 0.5kg to 5ton,we manufacture a wide range products. in 2005 we have obtained ISO9000 Certificate and established ERP system in 2008.
