This cartridge tester can check bad or good of a cartridge. For black cartridge, display lighted "82" means this cartridge is good .For color, display lighted "83 ".means this one is good .
For a cartridge, if circuit burned, it would be rejected by printer; if nozzle burned, it will have line break when printing, so good cartridge must be having good circuit and good nozzle.
Reink testers check the circuits as well as the ejection nozzles at the same time just in 1 to 2 seconds.

Reink tester is designed with an internal program which tests circuit independently for resistance rather than average of all circuits, and testing each nozzle one by one, make sure a very high accuracy when testing.

Checking good or bad of a cartridge before you remanufacture, refill, or buy empty and thus help you reduce loss.
