The core management and technical backbone of Kenxinda are all from domestic and international notable telecommunication companies. Mr Li Hanlin, one of the earliest exploiters in mobile handset design industry, is the founder and the president of the company. He has been engaged in the R&D work of China Electronic Ministry, and in charge of the R&D work of "The Eighth Five years" National Key Technological Project GSM Digital Mobile Handset in his early days. In the year of 1996, Mr Li developed the first self-R&D's GSM mobile phone in China, passed appraisal and test successfully.
