In 2002，America Energy Department and China National Development and Reform Committee signed a cooperation plan with regard to the energy area. Under the support of Chinese and American government, WFI International set a manufacturing base in Ningbo as WFI China. The advanced technology and nearly 30 years mature experience of engineering, installation and manufacturing of energy saving air conditioner are introduced to China. The WFI brand which is the industrial leader from America, the respective noble brand and the expert in the geothermal energy saving system is introduced to the Chinese consumer.
In the past 3 years, WFI China did a lot of primary work for manufacturing, engineering, management etc. At the end of 2006, WFI China reorganized the organization and had a management, engineering and sales team with innovation and exploitation spirit which is ready in expending the Chinese market. In 2007, we invested 12 million dollars in the energy saving air conditioner production line expansion. There will be 9 modern production line including 5 finished good assembly lines：PS，PH split unit production line, VKC production line, screw chiller production line, module unit production line, end production line,; and 4 semi-product lines: painting, evaporator and condenser, sheet metal, copper assembly etc. By that time, the production capability of WFI China will increase to 250 million which can meet the demand of Asian areas. We plan to build the brand base in the northern and southwestern China. As a production and engineer base of 50Hz in the world, all the products in WFI China will go to the WFI global sales system. WFI has already built a perfect sales network in China including 5 business districts and 21 offices.
At present, we have many successful projects which cover 29 countries and districts in the world including the famous constructions such as Buckingham Palace etc. In China, more than 30 governments, enterprises, villas use geothermal air conditioner system such as Olympic Sailboat Museum, Qingdao Electricity factory-first sea water electricity factory.
