BGA table machine 1. To supply three temperature zone control independent, temperature control more precision. 2. First and second up/down temperature area can at the same time set up 8-section rising temperature + 8-section constant temperature to control. It can save 10 group curve parameter at one time. 3. Third temperature area adopt infrared heating element, can control temperature independently, makes the PCB can be warm up entire without distortion. 4. To apply high-precision K shape temperature sensor closed loop control to realize the precision testing for the temperature. 5. After finished unsolder & jointing there is the warning function, When temperature loses control and circuit can cut-off automatically, with exceed temperature protection function. 6. Adopt big-power cross-current fan which rapid cooling down, to ensure to weld PCB without distortion. 7. This machine is with date-phone function and build-in serial, outlay temperature-test interface and accompanied with software, can realize to control by the computer. 8. For large thermal capacity PCB & other high-temperature requirement, lead-free BGA/CSP welding, all can be managed easily. 9. Heat spigot can be 360º C and can go around and around in freewill, easy to be change. Fit many different size heat spigot, specially sizes can be according to your requirements
