Detailed Description
The heating machine for a toolbar in accordance with the present invention has the following advantages. 1. The heating assembly of the invention has a driving belt that driven by a motor to adjust the heater moving up and down, and user can operate the heating machine easily and conveniently with the simple structure and this can improve the working efficiency. 2. The control panel of the invention has a rising button, a dropping button and a resetting button, and can make the heater moving up and down by controlling the motor and the driving belt. Furthermore, user can fine adjust the heater by pressing the buttons of the control panel with different time to change the location of the heater flexibly and this can make the heating assembly of the invention applying to all kinds of toolbars. 3. The heating machine of the invention is designed modularly with several independent segments and comprises a body, an electromechanical device, a tool frame and a heating assembly. This can make the structure simple and maintain one of the segments of the heating machine independently to reduce the cost of manufacturing, assembling and maintaining. 4. The heating assembly of the invention has two limit switches that respectively mounted on the top end and the lower end of the heater. When the heater contacts one of the limit switches, the motor will be stopped and this can improve the security of using the heating machine if someone operates the machine incorrectly or the machine failures.
