Detailed Description
HZS60 mixing plant as large-scale concrete mixing equipment, it combines the storage of the aggregates, weighing, mixing and move together with the productivity of 60m3/h. The mixer adopts JS1000 twin-shaft mixer and the discharging height is 3.98m. It can be used to mix all kinds of concrete, especially the dry and horny concrete, which is used in the construction project above the medium-size, water and electricity, road, port, quay and bridge. It can also be used for the large or medium scale prefabrication and commercial concrete factory.
The storage silos are arranged in the shape of character “L” and the aggregates are fed by the loader. Three kinds of aggregates can be stored synchronously. The weighing of the aggregates takes place on the ground, and then they are sent to the aggregate storage hopper in the main tower by level belt and inclined belt. The storage hopper of the main tower can hold a whole hopper of weighed aggregates. According to customers’ demands, cement system is equipped with two 100t concrete silos. The cement is sent to the weighing hopper by screw conveyor, while water and hydraulic addictive by water pump.
The equipment is controlled by computer and is weighed by electric steelyard. Therefore, it has high weighing precision and few errors. The software has the characteristics of displaying on the screen, recipe storage, self-redressed of the fall and compensation of the sandstone’s moisture percentage (The probe of sandstone’s moisture percentage is ordered separately). The mixing process can be controlled manually or automatically. Besides, the equipment is quipped with printer and monitoring system (The monitoring system is ordered separately.), which realizes the central and integrated control of the whole equipment.
