Detailed Description

It employed ceramic anilox for ink transfer. Both unwinder and rewinder use magnetic powder clutch control (Mitsubishi automatic tension controller is optional at request). Each printing station adopts 360 degrees register calibration. Each station has an infrared ray drying unit. Ink roller automatically gets offf and keeps running at a low speed while machine is stopped. Main motor is controlled by an imported variable frequency drive. Instant completion of web feeding, printing, glazing, automatic drying, coating and rewinding. It is mainly for commercial invoices and top self adhesive labels.
