It is the representative printer that worth the name of high resolution, high speed and reliable heavy-duty. Heavy-duty driving structure: 1. Adopt wall-plate (12mm thick) framework structure and the weight of the whole printer is 1, 200kg and the machine body is very stable during printing. 2. Install Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor at X direction and Germany Berger Lahr step motor 3.7N at Y direction. This can meet the driving requirement of high twist torque and high speed printing. 3. The whole machine structure resolution and driving life-span can stand for 5 years. Arc-shaped printing: Arc-shaped printing is patent technology and the media wrapped on the printing roller evenly and does not pleat or scrape the printheads or slant during printing. The 20M picture error rate is less than 0.5% especially fit for joint large pictures making. Printheads number upgrade: The structure can configure 12 pcs Konica printheads. The customer can invest once or buy the entry level configuration firstly and upgrade to more numbers of printheads when business expand. 365 days stable printing: 1. Adopt FPGA encoder system as the core controlling system, which can meet the requirement of large data transfer for multi-printheads printing. 2.Entrust South Korea to manufacture the main control board to ensure the stability and durability of system running to avoid machine halt. 3.
