The machine adopts five axes CNC spraying machines structure. Painting speed is faster. Spraying gun angle can be adjusted more flexible. The largest spraying space trip: long (3m) × wide (1.7 m) ×high (0.5m).
The sides, profile, arc-Shaped of wooden doors and panel work pieces (the panel table) can be painted uniformly through the pre-set procedures.
The computer-controlled spray gun can do movement, start and stop by any path within the maximum trip to paint uniform, save painting consumption. Procedures can control "cross" movement mode to spraying uniformly. There are two working tables in the rotation table which can achieve continuous production and save space.
Painting systems adopts the original French KREMLIN medium pressure mixed air spraying gun and piston pump oil supplying systems to effectively reduce the formation of lacquer fog and painting consumption to achieve the ideal finish results.
This painting equipment can be configured with four spray guns at most (standard configuration is two guns) .It will whole-fold increase productivity, save labor. The whole English digital programming is easy to learn, operate, and can remember 99 different procedures - that is, can auto spray 99 kinds of specifications doors.
Machines equipped with automatic overturn fixture, can paint both sides of the doors by one time.
Machines equipped with automatic rotation institutions, doors can rotate automatically when painting finished .It is convenient for pipelining.
