1.Suitable door frame, door line ground line, frame, floor ext shape work pieces, PU, NC, UV and water paint as paint material for large quantity work pieces surface painting.
2.The feeding mouth position limited unit suitable different width linear work pieces, preventing the pieces run away.
3.Machine equip with LG microprocessor program controller, which store various work program prior and control the guns start or stop work, so as to lower the paint consumption.
4.Automatic spray guns adopt original Japanese IWATA 1.3mm caliber spray gun, paint
consumption and guns angle adjustable prior, every gun work separately.
5.Machine equip with dust exhaust cleaning system, which would filter the dust air before
discharge so as to protect environment .
6.Paint supply system composed by one set 40 L pressure tank, which supply the paint steady and
make spray work smoothly.
7.Conveyor speed can be adjust by frequency transducer, which suit for various painting
requirments.
8.spraying line equip with loading conveyor and paint drying equipment, so as to reduce the
drying time and increase the work efficiency.
