Xiamen youth Internet and communication Ltd. Co. (abbr. YouthNet) engages in the develop、production、sails and service of Internet and communication devices. We are the high and new technology enterprise of Xiamen city, supplying communication industry with wireless voice、data communication and automatic control devices. We have developed several high and new technology productions of our own independent intellectual property. The production and management of our company conforms to the ISO9001:2000 quality authentication system. GSM/CDMA series productions have passed the national “CCC” authentication.
YouthNet founded in 1999. Registered capitals are 1,200,000 Yuan. Youthnet is hold by the listed company of the first information conception stock in China -----Xiamen Xinda Ltd. Co. (Shenzhen A stock). YouthNet is the demutualization enterprise constructed and managed by modern enterprise system. It possesses the smart market mechanism. We have 80 employees, and an advanced developing center (also is the engineering master center of Xiamen university) with powerful investigative and innovative ability.
The primary productions are: ①GSM series wireless desktop telephones; ②GSM series wireless access devices; ③CDMA series wireless access devices; ④WLAN series productions; ⑤V80 user resource management system and so on.
In technology, the primary production “wireless access device----public telephone system” has pass the test by Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Information Industry Bureau、Beijing Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Information Industry Bureau for Telephone Exchange Devices、China Tyre Laboratory、Fujian Wireless Test Station and so on. The technical performance guidelines accord with national、industry correlative standard specifications, such as, YD/T 884-1996《Technical guidelines and test methods of mobile platform devices in 900MHz TDMA digital cell mobile communication network》and YDN 0061996《Technical specifications of telephone automatic accounting concentrated management system》. Also productions have passed the appraisal of Fujian Science Technical Office. The technical lever has kept ahead in the communication industry.
YouthNet brought forth the conception of “wireless public telephone” firstly in Xi’an International Communication Exhibition in 2001. We are the pioneer、sponsor and operator of national wireless public telephone. Nowadays, our productions have applied widely in more than 10 provinces and cities in China. It is one of the leading providers of wide market coverage and various productions in China. At present, this series productions have kept ahead in developing、producing and sailing. The productions have accounted for two-thirds of our national market.
The production value of 2002 fiscal year reaches a hundred million. YouthNet has been awarded “high and new technology enterprise” in Xiamen city and has been ranked as the main support enterprise of technology and innovation fund in Xiamen city. Also YouthNet is the backbone member of Xiamen information harbor construction. We have been awarded “The second prize of science and technology progress in Xiamen”, “The third prize of science and technology progress in Fujian” and “prize of excellent technical productions exhibition” and so on.
