Detailed Description
Main Features and Characters:
1.It is the smallest single head computer quilting machine, it’s very durable thing.
2.Needle speed: 1000-2000stitches/per minute; Stitch length:3-6mm.
3.LCD show, overrun protect, electron induction, manual adjustment.
4.All designs and programmes can be stored in the 3.5'disk. Computer have English and Chinese version interface to showing the setting parameter and working condition.Operator can easily set the all the working parameters according to the computer indication: for example; stitch length , speed and so on.
5.Under thread broken, the machine head can automatically move to the machine edge, after the thread get pulled well, the machine head can return to the thread broken place, and back up some stitches according to the original route, and then continue its quilting.
6.Automatically sew the come-and-go stitches at the start and the end of the quilting. In the end of the quilting the machine head can automatically return to the start place, the machine head and frame can make separate move by high speed or slowly.
7.Working information LCD/ CRT show function: showing the main shaft rotate speed, mahcine stop reasons, output Stat. And so on.
8.Security safeguard: The machine will automatically stop when computer, motor or other parts are abnormal, and the LCD/CRT will show the failure details.
9.Memory function after machine power off . The computer will save the preset design and parameters after machine power cut or break off during working.
10.Reinforce quilting fucntion. Presetting the reinforce quilting fucntion, the machine will automatically make come-and-go sewing at the special places.
