Detailed Description
1. Structure: Ring Loading and Sizing Machine is consisted of interval rotary device, U bender loadind and feeding device, ring loading and insert device,shape device, formed device, detect deburr device, electric control system, air shake and wind clean system.
2. Interval rotary device: This device drived by reduce motor, so that can make the clip mould in the rolling plate working interval. When the rolling plate is interval stop, it can finish the working procedure like shaping deburring, inserting,detecting. 3. U bender loadind and feeding device: Bends are sorted onto a track by a rotary hopper to send U bend into 1 of 8 parts nests on the rotary table.
4. Shape device: make the shape of U bender little change, in order to make the pitch the same.
5. Deburr device: can deburr U bender and keep the shape.
6. Winding clean device: can make the U bender more clear.
7. Ring loading and insert device: ring move with rotary plate into the position of insert device by shake and gravitation.
8. Detect and output devicce: can detect quality of U bender and sperate the good one and the bed one.
