Our company GD series high-speed precision automatic press line is mainly applied in the manufacture industry of the motor's rotor and stator and electric connector.Our products adopt four-column & double-point structure, with one promoted cylinder on each of the four columns. The sliding block can be promoted in a large range on the guide pillar by the function of the cylinders. Thus it is convenient to change sub-dies and make some tooling maintenance. And the cylinders also have the function of hydraulic overload protection. Main parts such as pedestal, upper beam and sliding block of the press are all precised casting formed to fluid state sand. Because of good nature of anti-vibration and anti-distortion after aging treatment, it can keep long-time precision, diminish the noise and make the press with a good shape.
