Detailed Description
HZS50 is composed of material supply and measuring system, agitating system, electrical control system and pneumatic control system, etc. The theoretical productivity of this station is 50m3/h, concrete dumping height is 3.8m, and it could be applied to all kinds of concrete.
HZS60: productivity is about 60m³/h (theoretical value), and JS1000 (or MSO1500/1000) is adopted as the associated main engine, dual shaft forcing agitator, concrete dumping height 3.8m.
HZS75: The theoretical productivity of this station is 75m3/h, concrete dumping height is 3.8m, and it could be applied to all kinds of concrete.
HZS120 and HZS90 concrete mixing work-station is self developed and manufactured based on absorbing various advantages and applying experiences for the same kind of products from home and abroad. It adopts Italian mixing principal machine of dual horizontal forced type SICOMA MAO 3000/2000.
It could be applied to all kinds of concrete. It could be applied to construction works such as large-middle scale construction projects, hydroelectricity projects, highway projects, harbor construction projects, dock construction, bridge construction, etc, and for enterprises like large-middle scale pre-cast production factory, commercial concrete factory.
