Beijing Power-sem Electronic Technique Co., LTD is a new-type supplier which is focusing on the application of electronic technology and research of electronic parts; it is located in Zhongguancun SCI-Tech Development Building of ZGC Science and Technology District which is usually called Chinese Silicon Valley. With the strong financial and research support, we have our own standard workshop and business place which is about 600 square meters in area...We have an excellent staff team of more than 70 employees, in which 17 is professionals and 80% is college graduates.
Power-sem mainly act as an agent of power semiconductor parts for many global famous suppliers, including SEMIKRON, MITSUBISH, SanRex, etc. The products refer to IGBT, Thyristor drivers, Diode modules, Silicon-bridge rectifier, rapid fuse, Electrolytic capacitors, Polypropylene film capacitors, Drivers, MOSFET and so on. We also develop and manufacture several kinds of power electronic products independently.
Power-sem has been extending power electronic technique and parts in China since the year of 1992. Till now, it has established a long-term business relationship with some scientific research institute such as Tsinghua University, Beijing Jiao Tong University, China power science institute and industry field related to electric transmission, power supplier, welding machine and electrical network reform. Today, Power-sem is a reputable company in semiconductor industry which business spreads all over the China. We also develop overseas market by E-commerce.
