PLC fully-hydraulic die forging hammer, innovated with the worldwide advanced technology of forging , is such product of machine-electrical integration with hi-tech & autonomic intellectual property developed in China, a new type of CNC forging equipment with high efficiency, energy-saving and environmental protection features. It's the key science and tech project in the “Fifteenth planning” of Jiangsu province and No. 1 in China at the moment and the tech. has reach up to the advanced level of the same kinds products in the world. In 2002, the fully-hydraulic die forging hammer is patented by Chinese Government. Performance and Feature Due to applied the high-tech. of modern electronic, hydraulic control, the control performance and operating reliability of this hammer have been improved greatly, it’s the firm foundation for successfully used in forging industry. A High efficiency Flexibility and Speed are main technological features of forging hammer being used. It is possible for the hammer head to obtain huge energy in the short stroke due to its fully hydraulic drive system, that is, high speed forging in the short stroke and high frequency continuous forging become the reality, which is dispensable for fast deformation of the blank. This is the unique advantage of PLC fully-hydraulic die forging hammer over any other forging equipment. B Energy-saving Energy-saving is the main agent for hydraulic hammer having been developed up to now, PLC fully-hydraulic die forging hammer can reach 65% drive efficiency, over 30 times more efficient than other traditional steam hammer only having 2% energy utilization. The energy-saving is outstanding. C Environmental protection No waste discharge and automatic control of striking energy can avoid noise problem caused by surplus striking energy, and hydraulic damping anti-vibrator can sufficiently reduce striking vibration by absorbing about 85% striking vibration, so that the working condition is much improved. D High accuracy U-shape one-unity casting steel anvil frame, easily dismounting wide guides as well as good tooling alignment and adjustment has guaranteed to form forgings with high accuracy. The guide clearance is 0.2mm, and working accuracy, striking rigidity, striking efficiency and accuracy hold performance are more favorably than steam hammer. E High reliability By using advanced tapered valve hydraulic control system, the oil circuit can realize no-pipe connection to greatly simplify the structure, which is precondition for the operational reliability of forging hammer. Furthermore, modern electronic technique is widely applied to improve the control performance and increase the working reliability.
