TSC180C super wetland bulldozer is produced according to the technology and cooperation contracts with Komatsu Ltd. They are total up to Komatsu level with strict production as per the drawings, technique documents, and quality standard of D60PL-8 provided by Komatsu Ltd. It is our unique wetland bulldozer with the lowest ground pressure in China.
It features advanced design, reasonable layout, light-effort operation, low fuel consumption, easy maintenance and service, reliable and stable quality, high working efficiency. The combination of high-power Cummins engine and large capacity dozer blade makes it work efficiently in such working conditions as wetland, swamp, and sticky grounds.
Its super long carriage frame with 9 track rollers makes the track contact length reach up to 3,650mm. Its super wide track shoe (1,200mm) of curved triangle section increases the contact area. These features make the machine have super buoyancy and reduce its ground pressure to 21kPa, which is the lowest one in China now.
Triangle-section track shoe can not only prevent the soils from being agitated into mud but also compact the soils through extruding the moisture in the soils, thus improve the bulldozer' passing performance and traction capacity.
