TS160E mechanical drive wetland bulldozer is produced according to the technology and cooperation contracts with Komatsu Ltd. They are total up to Komatsu level with strict production as per the drawings, technique documents, and quality standard of D60P-8 provided by Komatsu Ltd.
It features advanced design, reasonable layout, light-effort operation, low fuel consumption, easy maintenance and service, reliable and stable quality, low ground pressure, excellent passing performance. It is mainly suitable for operations in such working conditions as waste handling field, wetland, marsh, and sticky grounds. It can achieve high working efficiency with the combination of high-power Steyr engine and large-capacity dozer blade. It can also equipped with several working devices like hauling carriage, utility shovel, and winch, etc.
Low ground pressure travel system adopts a carriage frame with 7 track rollers. Lengthened track and wide track shoe of triangle section increases the contact area, which makes the machine have super buoyancy and ground pressure less than 28kPa.
TS160E bulldozer features low price, high specific power, productivity and reliability, small overall size, light weight, easy transportation, operation and maintenance, wide view, excellent comfort and strong adaptability.
