△Apply Scope： This kind of slitting machine is suitabel to slit film such as OPP/PVC/POF/PVDC.
△Product Characteristics：
1)This machine structure is compact, rigidity is fine, the guide-roller arrange is rational, and the automatic degree is high. Whole machine divide into two parts of secondary machine for unwind-roll and main machine for rewind-roll. The unwind-roll part and the main-machine are separated, through the bridge level to link in the middle, and the treadle parallel on the ground. Adopt hydraulic pressure support to automatic material loading and unload material for unwind and rewind. It is easy and simple to operate.
(2)This machine control-tension is segmenting type. The unwind-roll part dispose accurate gas-quick detection system, the main-machine part equip heavy swing of glue roller machine and import the low friction gas cylinder, use to accurately controlled the membrane tension while operating. The rewind-roll part accurate use by imported flat-electrical machine and support-arm pressure gas-cylinder setting, it solve tension change causes of the membrane material thickness deviation. This operate process can control in unison by central computer control system PLC, it realize electricity, gas, machine automation control of the Trinity control entirely. It’s simple and convenient to operate, the workers are trained will easy to operate.
(3)This slitting equipment’s design is unique, convenient for regulate, and it can prevent the membrane is destroyed in the course of cutting effectively.
(4)Equip with curved roller machine of adjustable crooked position. It can flatten the film when the film appear uneven thickness and give film not level off, then enter the slitting machine. Thus, it can get guarantee of the cutting products quality.
(5)Furnished with the braking device, in order to shorten the machine halt time, improve the work production efficiency, can emergency brake of whole machine when break film.
(6)This machine equip with import appliances, such as main electronic appliances, bearing, pneumatic fittings and so on, the performance is steady, and wear well.
