It can prevent rays from leakaging efficiently. The shield cover of the instrument interlocks with high voltage of X-tube. When the cover is opened, the X-ray tube stops to prevent X rays from harming operators. The X-ray tube interlocks with the software, the tube does not work when the software does not work. When the samples have been tested, the instrument will cut off the high voltage and current of the X-ray tube automatically in several dozens of seconds and does not produce any rays. And it can protect the X-ray tube and prolong the service life of the tube. With closed structure the instrument can prevent rays resulted from operation mistakes from leakaging.
