Full Automatic High-low Pressure Switch-over
By means of logic analysis, the high-low pressure pumping oil circuits of the two
pumping oil cylinder are divided into six switch logics. The cartridge valve with large
diameter used as logic valve achieves the high-low pressure states of pumping system,
which is controlled by electromagnetic reversing valve. The unique automatic high-low
pressure switch-over technology is thus achieved.
By one switch, it can quickly achieve automatic switch-over between high and low pressure
states, not requiring shutdown or tube dismounting and without any leakage. The switch-over
can be conducted even in the course of pumping and greatly improve the maneuverability

The PLC control and text display is of Siemens brand. The PLC control can conduct
precise monitoring over the whole machine and the display can show the equipments
realtime condition and the accumulated operating time. In the case of malfunction,
the text display will timely alarm the operator to deal with the problem. For effectively
avoiding accidents caused by misoperation, multi automatic protection modes are set
in the control programme so as to prevent misoperations and enhance the reliability
of system.

The DEUTZ turbocharged water-cooled engine has the following features:
1、 low Emission and low Fuel Consumption: The mono-
block pump is adopted. The fuel injection pressure reaches 2000bar, which reduces
the emission and fuel consumption. The average fuel consumption is 200g/kwh.
2、 Slight Vibration and Low Noise: The noise level is 3-5db (A) lower compared with similar products.
