Saving Basis: Take the temperature difference of the water and backwater of the cooling pump as a basis to achieve temperature thermostat control.Large temperature difference, refrigeration unit produce large heat, should be increased speed of the cooling water cycle; small temperature difference, refrigeration unit produce low heat, should be reduced the speed of the cooling water cycle so as to save energy. B. Saving Principle There are two methods to change the flow of pumps in generally: a) Constant speed of motor, adjusting size of valve b) Constant opening of the valve , regulating speed of motor However, when charged the flow at the same time, both methods of power is a big difference , reducing speed will get a notable results C. System diagram For various central air-condition, host, motor power and cooling pump are matched with each other.Therefore, there is only one control frame diagram for "one compressor two air condition" provided for reference, but others can be converted based on actual situation accordingly. VVVF: frequency inverter RT1 and RT2: They are probes (sensor element) for the temperature measurement of water and backwater respectively. TDC: temperature controller is used to convert, amplify,differ for the measured temperature RT1 and RT2 and get given signal of frequency converter after handled PID. D. The effect of Transformation a) Energy-saving about %30. b) Reduce the mechanical wear of pump. c) Better control results, room temperature is relatively stable.
