We offer the PET bottles recycling line with the following specifics:

1. Patented De-labeling system can remove shrinkable PVC or plastic labels or glued paper labels before crushering,
2. The Hot water pre-washing device can easily remove the serious contaimination and the glue on the bottles,
3. The well designed crusher device, like the scissors, cut the bottles into flakes without the ashes,
4. Besides, there are several equipments in our line which can remove the heavy contamination from the bottles or the flakes by the designated function. They are also vital to upgrade the flakes quality.

The offered PET recycling line and the labels through the following process : hot washing, label removing, crushing, powerful friction, floatation and dehydrating. Today we send you the drawing concerning about the PET recycling line. Please open the attached file for your reference.
And there are several ( at least 5-6 ) equipments are designed to guarantee the high efficient function of the washing, friction the flakes by special structure. No matter what the dirty degree is, if these are used PET bottles, our line can process them.
