Configuration introduction

4. Position zero returning: Plate position zero returning provides accurate plate equipment at one time, only after two trial printings generally.
二. Feeding( 1 set)( lead edge feeding is optional)
1、 Machine open and close
1)Machine open and close are motorized, moving with continuous alarm, so as to ensure the safety of the operator.
2)Equipped urgent stopping switch between every unit, achieving interior control to stop movement, so as to ensure the safety of inner operator
3)Pneumatic inter-lock device.

2、Sheet cleaner
1)Sheet cleaner can substantively remove contaminations on the board printings, ensuring high printing quality.
3、Feeding roller

五、Die-cutting unit( 1 set)
1. Operation function
1)Under different cases, via partiality device of the cylinder stencil roll and anvil roll can automatically jump off to reduce the hollow load for the machine and prolong the life of anvil roll and cutter.
2) Uses planet gear design to adjust phase within 360 degree, operating under stop, running, front or back, with a precision up to 0.10mm, facilitating plate equipment and plate correction.

六、Piker(one group)
1、Connection arm
