Detailed Description
Feeder Sectton 1. Eight individual adjustable feed belts ensure easy setup and smooth feeding. 2. One speed controller for even spacing of blanks. 3. Feeder start/stop can be controlled at any operation area. 4. Two standard feeder gates (30mm or 1.18" wide), one supporting feeder gate (30mm or 1.18" wide) for odd cartons and small boxes. 5. One lever-feeding gauge lifting mechanism makes easy adjustment of feeder belts. 6. Hand crank for convenient feeder belt positioning. 7. Two short supporters with wheel and two long supporters sustain the pile of blanks for perfect feeding. 8. Four adjustable side guides. 9. Vibration system for smooth and consistent feeding. 10. Suction feeding system (Optional). Pre-breaking Section 1. Three carriers throughout with split upper carriers in pre-breaking section. This allows special compound folds such as interior, Z folds (pre-breaking sword can be put at the left side). 2. Manual carrier-positioning system throughout the machine (for both carrier and upper belts). 3. Top carriers have reinforced tops throughout for mounting accessories, which are single pin wrench adjustments. This allows for faster setup and makes the machine more 'user friendly'. 4. Both sides belt pre-break device and guide pre-break device. Folding Section 1. Three-carrier construction. 2. Upper belt can be repositioned to accommodate protruding panels. Corner Section 1. Servomotor controlled back folding system for 4/6-corner box: 1)Two hook operation mode: there are two movement as #1 for short flap and #2 for long flap; 2) #1 and # 2 back-fold shafts controlled individually; 3)Photo blank detecting sensor can be mounted on any place; 4)Easy to take off and put on the hook, one bolt only; 5)Data entry keypad with digital display and the back folding system can be operated easily. 2. Easy position adjustment for side folding guides. 3. Belt speed detecting encoder located on belt drive shaft and covered that ensures precise speed tracking. Gluing System 1. Mechanical gluing wheel system (2 sets) applied. 2. Two sets conventional lower gluing pot (left and right side) at final folding section. 3. Non-contact gluing system can be applied (Optional). Final Fold Section 1. Three-carrier construction. 2. Folding guides and rollers can be mounted on middle carrier. 3. One handle makes belt speed adjustable on both sides’ carriers. 4. Loosening only two bolts can change the position of belt guide wheel. 5. Upper carrier can be slid back and forth. Heavy Duty Double Frame Trombone Section 1. Batch counter kicker. 2. Jam detector. 3. All the adjustment can be made without any tools. Conver or Compression Section 1. Two operation modes of compressing belt speed: 1) Auto – set a box single spacing, compressing belt speed is synchronized with the machine speed. It moves only when sensor detects the box coming. 2) Manual - compressing belt keeps moving at a constant speed, regardless of main machine speed. 2. Additional sponge belt for extra compression of lower area. General 1. One pinwrench adjustment operation throughout the machine, operator friendliness. 2. Upper belt width 20mm(0.79’’), lower belt width 25mm(0.98’’), positive drive. 3. Three-way quick release levers allow instant height setting of upper carriers.
