Features: Ability to steadily feed, die-cut and take off ≥80g thin paper;8 suction and 8 delivery steps for feeder to ensure smooth delivery of paper;Nonstop fully automatic feeder and pre-piling station help improve productivity;Deceleration when in place: Paper stops when paper head arrives at buffering mechanism, thus improving die-cutting precision;Adopts self-locking design for die-cutting frame to improve safety and facilitate operation;Three parts cooperated with each other, up、middle、down driving cam, finish stripping. The device makes the running stable precise, the loading and discharging quick and adjustment easy.Adopts unique gripper positioning materials and cam motion curve to ensue higher precision and lower noise than similar products.Die-cutting frame adopts integrated structure (the other supplier is BOBST) and thus features high strength and high precision, and the backplate is made of stainless steel and thus features durability and attractive appearance.Bottom die adopts HRC50-53 stainless steel plate, thus ensuring high precision and durability. Crankshafts, pendulum shafts and worms in the heart of the die-cutting section are all made of imported alloy steel via precision grinding, thus ensuring high precision and durability. Circulating oil cooling system improves the die-cutting difference between hot components and hot components, and thus helps reduce scrap rate, minimize pressure-regulating attempts and extend service life. The system is equipped with 30 circulating oil circuits and 2HP oil pump, resulting in better lubrication and higher cooling speed.Rise and drop in die-cutting pressure is displayed via electronic digital display with 0.001mm in precision to ensure high precision and easy operation.Adopts imported carbon fiber heating fuses and fiberglass protection to ensure 10-year service life.Adopts high-power foil-pulling/delivering servo motor and hardened aluminum alloy roller shafts to ensure lightweight and durability.Unique foil-delivering path: Better than gravity hammer automatic tension-adjusting foil-pulling mechanism, it adopts outside foil-delivering mechanism and thus makes it easier to operate. Stamping section consists 12 heating zones, where temperature can be set based on different product requirements, thus ensuring product quality and reducing energy consumption. FEEDER UNIT: The design of feeder is efficient, stable and ingenious, the feeder is equipped 8 suckers and four for separator, four for transporter so that the process is stable and the device is suitable for different paper. Special helical back blowing, front and side blowing make the running stable and avoid the double sheets case. Each sucker is individual so that the adjustment is easy and the paper can be transported successfully. 2. OBLIQUE FEEDING TABLE: The running of oblique high speed feeding device is stable and the device is equipped reliable double sheets detector. The non-stop main or vice feeding program can save the working time, make the operation easy and increase operating efficiency. 3. DIE-CUTTING DEVICE: Up-down plan tables adopt accurate grinding processing to assure the precision of working surface. Integral molding frame will not change its shape easily. It adopts the pneumatic locking design to make the running safe and easy. Bottom steel board HRC50-53 is plan, rust-proof, precise and wearable. The rotation mechanism is safe and its operation is easy. 4. STRIPPING DEVICE: Three parts cooperated with each other, up、middle、down driving cam, finish stripping.
