DN series of PET strap production line really carries out vacuum auto-feeding, hot-air circulating drying, twin-screw extruding, multi-functional dies, single, double or four straps coming out at the same time whatever width from 9mm to 32mm, with the exactly temperature-controlling system, it carries out energy saving, low noise. Low investment but high profit, it's the best choice to get benefit for middle-small enterprises and plastics-making industries. 2. Raw material recycling. It uses 100% recycled PET materials melting, extruding directly, then figures the "environmental protecting", "high intension", "transparence" PET strap, it is stronger than raw materials of recycled granular even similar as virgin PET materials, what is more, the straps made by DN series production line do not break although it uses 100% recycled PET bottle flakes.
