Main control unit (MCU):
MCU adopts the PIC18F6627-E/L military engineering level unit, with upper work temperature limit at 125°C.With QFP sealing package. This MCU is the Flash type MCU of MICCHIP, the corporation with products most stable as generally recognized, supporting the multiple refurbishment of programs. The IC has 53 I/O interfaces, with in-chip EEPROM, 232 interface, supporting CAN, and built-in watchdog function for automatic restart of machine in case of accidental stop. This unit receives the remote signal by HCS500 for decoding, and implement actions cooresponding to the buttons pressed,including door opening, locking, theft prevention setup and prevention releasing etc.
Voince Guidance System:
The MCU controls the voice IC EM57P300 for voice output, providing client with voice guidance according to setup of program.
Global Positioning System (GPS):
Second development of GPS module for internal integration of MCU, so ensuring information concerning longitude and latitude, time, car running speed, direction etc, directly communicated to the MCU, reducing work load of MCU and expediting the system response. Meantime, GPS as independant module features easier maintenance with replacement of general unit in need of repair.
Photography Surveillance:
Also adopting integrated module, with internal MCU carrying out picture format conversion and other tasks and then sending pictures to the MCU, so reducing MCU work load and expediting system response. Meantime photographer as independant module features easier maintenance with replacement of whole unit in need of repair.
GSM Network Phone, GPRS Data Traffic:
Imported GSM/GPRS module, featuring connection of RS232 interface with MCU of machine, sending related GPRS data under control of MCU, receiving phone calls and shutting off calls.
Data Storage:
Adopting ordinary FM24C256 storage for common data, capable of 0.1 - 1 billion times of repeated modification,and preventing loosing in case of power failure, so satisfying the demand of repeated reading and writing of the system.
Main data storage adopts large capacity Flash storage, with gigantic storage capacity, ensuring long period data storage for the system, and guaranteeing long service life. Mainly storing data generally required by car running recorder.
Foot Braking Test:
Adopting the voltage level test to collect driving information.
Turning Light Test:
Adopting the voltage level test,may be transferred to output signal controlling turning light.
Standard COM1,COM2,COM3 traffic interface:
Standard COM1 is prepared for online software upgrading for the MCU, and upgrading can be carried out through the MCU. By communication protocol interconnection, it's accessible to any surveillance center and compatible with all other equipment.
