Shenzhen Ocean Power Food Technology has specialized in soft ice cream machines and ice cream powder for over a decade. More than 200 clients in Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa keep repeating orders with us, including Nestle. We have been even authorized by the Standardization Administration of China to set the national standards for soft ice cream machines and powder.
68 Patents
Our catalog features 20 soft ice cream machines and 10 varieties of ice cream powder. Over 30 R&D staff, each with over five years of experience, can also customize new products for you. We cooperate with KTH in Sweden for new technology research, as well as China's renowned universities such as Xi'an Jiaotong University and Tsinghua University. Our innovative designs have brought us 68 patents, 38 patents for soft ice cream machines and 30 patents for ice cream powder.
Operating two factories
Over 500 skilled workers operate our two factories covering a total of 8,000 square meters, one for soft ice cream machines and the other for ice cream powder. Each month we produce 500 soft ice cream machines and 300 tons of ice cream powder, 70% of which for export. Our delivery time for one 20-foot container is just one to seven days. We provide three percent free spare parts for each order.
Meeting international standards
We conduct stringent tests on all our machines such as high temperature and high pressure tests, as well as 72-hour continuous operation. All our operations are ISO 9001:2000- and ISO14001:2004-certified. Our soft ice cream machines comply with CE, CB, GS and GOST standards and the RoHS Directive, and our ice cream powder meet HACCP and HALAL requirements.
