Scope of Application LSB-008 Cold-foiled Sleeve is applied to direct and/or branching connection of telecommunication cables. Main Features 1、Product shell is made of quality alloy aluminum, split sleeve structured, and reasonable for use. 2、Inner bolster is made of alloy aluminum, featuring excellent mechanical strength and physical performance. 3、Product jacket uses advanced draught excluder strip, characterized by moisture and damp resistance. 4、Product is deigned with dimidiate structure, easy for operation and repairs, and can be re-opened and re-used. Technical Parameters 1、Ambient temperature: -30℃ - +60℃ Atmosphere Pressure: 86 - 106Kpa 2、Air-tightness: internal air pressure is maintained at (40±2)Kpa, showing no drop in 3 hours, and conforming to testing requirements 3、Temperature Cycle: Product meets with buckling test after four hours of temperature cycles respectively at the min. temp of -30℃±2℃ and max. temp. +60℃±2℃. 4、Axial Tensile Force: No cable pull-out is found 2 hours after d/45×100N axial tensile force is imposed on the sleeve. 5、Vibration Tes t: Test results conform to requirements in the vibration test, in which the vibration frequency is 10HZ, swing 3mm, and vibrating time 72 hours. 6、Impact Tes t: Test results conform to requirements in the impact test, where a 500g steel ball falls from the height of 1m above the sleeve to hit respectively on two ends and the middle of the sleeve.
